Hello, I am 49 years old female. I gained a lot of weight after getting menopause. What should I do to get rid of belly fat? Please suggest what should I do to get rid of the belly fat that I gained after menopause. Thanks.

@jinaya Weight distribution changes as you hit menopause. Before, and after menopause, your estrogen level begins to wane and your metabolism slows, making it more difficult for you to lose weight. Here are a few things that you should do like exercise more often, watch your carbohydrate intake, Choose Fats Wisely and Eat Meals With Healthy Fats to Counter Weight Gain, maintain your sleep routine, reduce stress, and you should talk to your doctor about your weight gain. Thanks
