      What is pernio? how to manage this? Is it curable? Please leave your comments on this. I need to learn and understand this topic. Please help.

        @tintin Pernio is an inflammatory skin condition presenting after exposure to cold as pruritic and/or painful erythematous-to-violaceous acral lesions. Pernio may be idiopathic or secondary to an underlying disease. Often, chilblains go away on their own as long as you avoid the cold and/or damp weather conditions. If you still have chilblain symptoms after two or three weeks, you may see a healthcare provider for treatment. Your provider may prescribe medications. These medicines can soothe pain or itching.
