I have been dizzy for 3 years. All tests came back normal. The doc. Think it is stress anxiety. Does the dizziness ever go away? I just can't believe anxiety causes dizziness all day. Thank you.

@nisha Yes anxiety can cause dizziness 24/7.
and yes, it will go away and you will get better.
