      • Hello, Yes dry fruits can cause headaches. Nuts are high levels of tyramine in almonds, peanuts, and other nuts and seeds which contribute to headaches. These salty snacks are also known for dehydration which is one of the most common reasons people experience headaches. Other food like caffeine, alcohol, excess chocolate, citrus fruits, yeast, and cheese also induce headaches. If your headache doesn’t get better you can consult your doctor. Thanks!
