Can a wisdom tooth cause throat pain and earache?
-
Hello, I have been having pain in my throat and ear for two days. When I told my mom all the symptoms she told me it might be because of wisdom teeth. I haven’t eaten anything in the last two days because of throat pain. Is it possible to have throat pain and earache because of wisdom teeth or is there something else to worry about?

@kisna Hello, many people experience their wisdom teeth erupting from their gums. Wisdom teeth are molars that grow in the back of the mouth. If a wisdom tooth is fails ro eruptfully it can lead to infection. If a wisdom tooth begins to push on the neighboring molar, it can lead to tooth movement. Gaps and spaces between your teeth are then formed, which are not easily cleaned while brushing. As a result, these spaces become ideal for food and bacteria to collect, which eventually leads to cavities and tooth decay. Untreated tooth decay leads to infection, which can quickly spread throughout the mouth. A common symptom of wisdom teeth is Painful and swollen gums, Persistent bad breath, Aches in the jaw area where the tooth is located, Aches in the jaw area where the tooth is located, and earache. It is better to visit a dentist. Thanks.
