What can help me reduce my body fat?
Hi, I'm not fat, when you look at me, you'd see I'm thin. I just have a lot of extra skin on my arms and legs. This is something I only notice of course. What kind of foods, fruits, drinks, etc. can help me get rid of this fat? I know exercise helps but I want to know what can I consume in specific. What should I avoid?

@jaswinder Only exercise will help you reduce loose skin and tone you up...once you start seeing tone, increasing the weights will build the bulky look you are looking for.
Unfortunately, there is nothing you can eat which will help. Eating will have the opposite effect and create more fat under the skin...of course, you have to eat, so eat wisely, stick with VERY low carbs, plenty of protein, and fresh fruit and veggies.
