Hello, I am 27 years old, female. Please tell me if there is a way to keep my breast from leaking milk while I am asleep. It happened to me three to four times. I gave birth last month. I’m so tired of being all wet and slimy and I desperately miss the days I used to be able to go to bed au natural. I don’t know what should I do? Please help!

@dishaa Hello, yes can also relate to you. Here are a few things that will help you in managing the leaking of breast milk. You can wear Wear a tighter bra or tank.
Pump before you go to bed. I know, it seems so counter-intuitive to pump when you really want to make LESS milk, but it’s kind of a trade-off. the last-chance pumping session seemed MUCH easier to eliminate than the actual feedings had been.
Waterproof mattress pad, Press firmly against the nipple of each breast with the palm of your hand or your wrist, or fold your arms tightly across your chest to stop the leaking long enough for you to make a discreet exit.
Breastfeed your baby before going to bed
        Thanks!
