Hello, I am 22 years old female. I am myopic and I have minus three numbers in both eyes. I work eight hours in front of the screen. My eyes started hurting, I am worried about it, what should I do? I heard Anuloma pranayama is effective in improving eyesight. Is it true? If yes, then how often should I perform it?
