Hello, I am suffering from a severe hair fall and hair thinning. My sister-in-law told me that hibiscus will help me in reducing hair fall and will also help me in hair growth. She told me that I should boil a few hibiscus flowers in my regular oil and then let the oil cool then strain it and all olive and castor oil in it. I know castor oil and olive are very beneficial for hair fall but I heard about hibiscus for the very first time. Please let me know in the comments should I give it a try or not?

@maansi Hello, it is very helpful. anecdotal evidence suggests that hibiscus may help promote new hair growth and slow hair loss. Hibiscus oil is also used to treat dandruff. Other benefits of hibiscus oil are hair growth, premature graying prevention, dandruff abatement, and it makes hair thick, healthy, lustrous hair appearance. If home remedies don't help it is always better to take dermatologists' help. Hairfall and hair loss could be symptoms of serious issues like thyroid, so it is better to take a doctor's help. Thanks.
