Do natural oil work for joint pain?
Hello, I am 61 years old male. I am suffering from knee pain for the last few years. Two back I met one of my old colleagues and we discussed our health issues. He told me that he had heart surgery a few years back. I told him about my knee pain. He told me that I should use a natural oil and massage it. Natural oils like peppermint, Eucalyptus oil are helpful. Can anyone tell me do natural oil wor for joint pain?
@tanish-0 Hello, yes plant-based essential oil might help along with over-the-counter medication. They’re the scented parts of a plant, usually the bark, leaves, or peel. Essential oils have a strong scent. They get into your bloodstream when you put the oil on your skin or breathe it. Aromatherapy also lessens the pain. You can inhale it or massage it. Don’t eat or drink them. Experts aren’t sure it’s safe. And be careful if you go outside. Some essential oils, like bergamot, can make your skin sensitive to sunlight. Thanks!
