Hello, I read a lot that cranberry is very healthy for females. It even helps in maintaining vaginal health. I am 33 years old female with no history of UTI or any other sort of vaginal disease. I want to keep my vagina healthy. Should I take cranberry supplements? Is it recommended? If No then what other things I should do for a healthy vagina?

@taprishi Hello, cranberry supplements can be helpful in treating UTIs. Cranberry pills are small tablets or capsules made from dried, powdered cranberries. They can be purchased over the counter and provide many of the same benefits as fresh cranberries or cranberry juice. Cranberry juice and extracts may boost immunity, lower blood sugar in people with diabetes and protect against cancer, heart disease, stomach ulcers, cavities, and gum disease. Cranberry pills may have similar effects, but more research is needed. I would suggest you take a doctor’s advice before consuming it as it may cause some side effects.
