Hello, why do all the great and successful people have morning and night routines? Every motivational video I saw or I read a book they all said it is very important to have a routine. Why it is important to have a morning and night routine? What impact does it have on our brain? How does it affect our mental health? A few books also said that both night and morning routines are important for good mental health. Please let me know in the comments How?
