Ways to increase height in kids?
Hello, my 7 years old son is the smallest in his class. What should I do to increase his height I am worried about what if his height never increases. He is 3ft tall. What can I do to help him? Please suggest some effective ways/exercises increase height.

Lean proteins have to be had aplenty, along with leafy vegetables and items rich in minerals like calcium and potassium. A balanced diet not only provides the right nutrients to increase your child’s height but will also make him stronger in every sense.
- Stretching exercise- Stretching helps elongate the spine and also improves the posture of your child at all times. The exercises can be simple ones.
- Hanging- Hanging from bars also helps the spine elongate, which is an important part of becoming taller.
- Physical activities like skipping, yoga poses, and swimming also increase height.
