Hello, I am 28 years old female. My daughter is 5 years old. I have read various articles about a child’s brain what should I do to sharpen her mind. I found that they all had one thing in common, all of them suggested the use of coloring books. I want to why? Please let me know in the comments What impact do coloring books have on a child's brain?

@livea Hello, Art therapy is a mental health discipline where patients create art to explore emotional issues, manage behavioral problems and addiction, reduce anxiety and panic, or increase self-esteem. Coloring can make them feel calmer and lighter, Coloring has a similar effect on the brain as meditation. Both promote increased focus and concentration by turning the brain’s attention to simple, repetitive activities. It’s a quiet, relaxing activity in a world that’s all too often filled with frenzied energy. Coloring improves hand-eye coordination. There are many more benefits of coloring. You should definitely try. Thanks!
