Which dry fruit is helpful for child brain growth?
-
Hello, I am 24 years old female. My daughter is 4 years old. I talked to my doctor regarding what can I do to sharpen her brain. She told me many things affect the brain of a kid all the activity including exercise, and diet. She asked me to add dry fruits to her diet but I forgot to ask her which fruit should I add. Please suggest some dry fruits that are helpful for a child’s brain. Thanks.

@abhila - Dry fruits are a great source of vitamins and minerals that make an individual healthy. Children need to consume at least a few of the dry fruits to be at their best. Here are some of the dry fruits that you should add like Almonds, walnuts, cashew, dates, raisins, Pistachio. Include them in your child’s daily diet and ensure they consume enough dry fruits. A decent amount of dry fruits consumption is necessary for children to stay healthy and fit.
