Hello, I am 22 years old male. I have been feeling lonely, hopeless, and frustrated lately. I am living in Amsterdam away from my home. I am stuck here and I don’t have any friends here. I don’t feel like talking to my family also. I know it will take time. Please suggest what should I do to manage my health during COVID-19?

@aashu Hello, I am sorry that you are feeling this way. Here are a few things that you can do to improve/ manage your mental health like Keeping up with daily routines as far as possible, or making new ones. You should exercise daily, and Eat healthy meals at regular times. Minimize newsfeeds, You should talk to your family and friends even online, limit alcohol intake, and limit the use of social media. If your condition doesn’t get better then please consult a therapist. You can talk to them on a video call. Thanks.
