Hello, is it normal to feel nauseous after playing in the ground swinging? My 6 years old feels nauseous after coming from the park. He is complaining continuously about feeling nauseous. He is fine before going to the park but after coming back he complains about feeling nauseous. Is it normal to feel nauseous after swinging or is there anything wrong?

@vidhiu Hello, it is known as motion sickness and many kids get it. Motion sickness is caused when the fluid in the inner ear which is responsible for helping you balance yourself sloshes around too much and is often made worse when your vision is having trouble stabilizing on a specific object that gives you a frame of reference for the movement. With strong acceleration, such as when swinging, the sensory organs no longer follow, especially the trained eyes of adults do not. The various information from the sensory organs does not match, the body reacts with dizziness and nausea.
