Will boiled eggs help me in gaining weight?
Hello, I am 17 years old female and I am underweight. I recently joined a gym where my gym instructor suggested that I should eat boiled eggs which are high in protein and will help me in gaining weight. Please tell me should I give it a try as I am vegetarian and don’t want to regret it after eating. Thanks!
