Hello, I am 19 years old female. I gained 7 kgs in the last 4 months. I have hypothyroidism. I am exercising regularly and eating healthy yet I am unable to lose weight. I saw an advertisement regarding weight-loss pills. Please suggest if I should take weight loss pills? Are weight loss pills safe?

@lipika Hello, no they are not safe. These pills make your metabolism fast and suppress the appetite is risky and can lead to high blood pressure, fast heart rate, and lung and heart problems. Some other possible side effects are Bloating, nausea, constipation, or diarrhea, which are common. They may lessen over time. Rarely, serious side effects can occur. It is important to always discuss this with your doctor. If you want to give it a try then please discuss this with your doctor. Thanks.
