      Hello, I am 25 years old female. I am 4 months pregnant and I have been thinking about joining a yoga class as I heard one should exercise or perform yoga during pregnancy. Please let me know how yoga will benefit my baby and me during pregnancy. When is the right time to perform physical activity during pregnancy?
