Hello, I am 44 years old male. I have been having pain and stiffness in my neck and back. My doctors told me that I have arthritis. I want to know which exercises will be helpful. Please suggest to me some effective and different exercises for arthritis in the spine. Thanks.

@jeffrey Hello, stretching and breathing exercises work best for arthritis in the spine. Here are a few exercises that you can easily do-
- Child's pose
- Cow pose
- Sun salutations
- Supine twisting
- Bridge pose
- Downward facing dog
- Crescent lunge
- Pelvic tilt
This pose helps stretch the back and can be beneficial for some people with arthritis in the spine. Please consult your doctor before trying these poses. Thank You!
