Hello, what can we avoid heart attack and diseases? My neighbor at the age of 29 passed away due to a heart attack. I also feel dizzy and pain in my shoulder. I am a 24-year-old. I do exercise regularly. I am scared because we used to go to the gym together. Suggest something!!!
