What types of food should I eat for healthy hair?
Hello, I am 22 years old female. I have thyroid and PCOS. I am currently on medication. I have been facing issues like hair fall and weight gain due to thyroid and PCOS. I tried some natural ways to lose weight and I lost 4 Kgs but I also want to treat my hair fall. Along with medication, I want to eat food that is healthy for my hair. Please suggest some of the foods that I should include in my diet for healthy hair. Thank You.
