Hi, I have diagnosed with prediabetes so I wanted to know the risk factor ill have and how can i cure?

@leena Hi, risk factors for prediabetes and type 2 diabetes are same and they may include:
1.being overweight
2.a family history of diabetes
3.having a high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol level lower than 40 mg/dL or 50 mg/dL
4.a history of high blood pressure
5.having gestational diabetes or giving birth to a child with a birth weight of more than 9 pounds
6.a history of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
7.being of African-American, Native American, Latin American, or Asian-Pacific Islander descent
8.being more than 45 years of age
9.having a sedentary lifestyle -
