I was licked by a dog on my arms and feet, my feet are now swollen, itchy, and in pain but my arms are fine. Am I allergic? Should I go to the doctor?

Hi, I was licked by a dog on my arms and feet today morning. I have swollen, itchy, and in pain but my arms are fine. It's been two hours my feet are swollen and painful. It never happened before. Am I allergic to dogs?
