Please suggest some LCHF foods!
Hello, I am 24 years old female. I have had PCOS since I was 17 years old. I gained a lot of weight in these years. I started losing weight by exercising and changing my diet. Someone at the gym suggested I should take LCHF (Low-carbohydrate-high-fat) diet to lose weight. Please suggest some of the Low-carbohydrate-high-fat foods that should include in my diet. Thank You!
