Hello, I usually get a fever, runny and itchy nose during a particular time in the year. It is usually when pollens are released or dust is present in the environment. I take medications during this season but still develop a seasonal allergy. Please suggest some effective ways to treat seasonal allergies. What should I do to prevent it?

@thisa Hello, you can try things like Stay indoors on dry, windy days, Remove clothes you've worn outside and shower to rinse pollen from your skin and hair, Wear a pollen mask if you do outside chores, Close doors and windows at night, Avoid outdoor activity in the early morning when pollen counts are highest, keep your indoors clean. The best medicine for hay fever and year-round allergic rhinitis is avoidance of allergens that trigger symptoms for you. If reducing exposure isn't possible or doesn't help, doctors may recommend an allergist.
