Conjunctivitis causes redness and inflammation of the thin layer of tissue that covers the front of the eye. It is also known as red-eye. Conjunctivitis also causes itchiness and watering of the eyes, and sometimes a sticky coating on the eyelashes. The conjunctiva can be a bacterial or viral infection and allergy. Please suggest some effective treatment of Bacterial Conjunctivitis?

@sow Hello, treatment for bacterial conjunctivitis is antibiotics, eye drops, or ointment that are usually prescribed by the doctor. Bacterial conjunctivitis generally lasts 1-2 weeks. At home, you can apply a compress to your eyes. Thanks.
