      Everyone experiences stress, which can be triggered by a range of events. I am going through the same event. Crying and worrying about the future caused me severe body pain issues like back pain. I tried everything and my MRI reports are normal. According to doctors, the main cause of my issue is stress. Please suggest some Best ways to relieve stress. Thanks!

Here are a few things that you can try like exercise regularly, eat healthily, try relaxing techniques like meditation, Setting realistic goals and expectations, Establishing a regular sleep schedule, Minimizing screen time may help reduce stress and improve sleep in both children and adults, avoid caffeine, and practice deep breathing exercise. You can also take the help of a therapist. Mindfulness, exercising, eating healthily, minimizing screen time, and getting outside more often are all effective methods. Thanks!
