Hello, why do I get a sinus headache every day? Sinus headache every day is making my everyday life difficult, I can hardly focus my work. I feel pain every day I bend, pain on the bridge of the nose, and forehead. Please suggest what needs to be done to get rid of everyday sinus headaches? What can I do about recurring sinus headaches?
@lillian Hello, frequent sinus headaches could be caused by some allergens or the common cold. Sinusitis, if untreated, can last for months and cause serious complications, including frequent sinus headaches. If your sinus headaches happen in conjunction with sinus infections, then those sinus headaches are likely caused by congestion. sinus infections often cause mucus buildup in the sinus cavities. This buildup creates pressure in these sensitive areas, especially around your eyes, nose, cheeks, and forehead. Sinus headaches caused by sinus infections often become worse when bending over. If you haven’t taken medical help then please talk to your doctor. Here I am suggesting some of the remedies that might help you- Apply warm wet cloth, use humidifier, and breathing in steam might help. Thanks!
