@ezraa Hello, the main cause of Crohn's disease is not known but according to a few kinds of research, Crohn's disease is caused by the following factors-
- Malfunctioning of the immune system- the inflammation may be caused by a problem with the immune system that causes it to attack healthy bacteria in the gut.
- Smoking
- Genetics
