Hello, My mother is suffering from cervical dystonia. It is painful for her and sometimes the pain leads to a headache. Neck pain makes it difficult for the neck to turn to one side or pull forward and backward. Please suggest exercises for cervical dystonia that can help to relieve the pain.

@stanly Hello, Cervical dystonia can be painful due to compression of the nerve and degenerative changes in the spine, which can lead to headaches. This condition is not life-threatening. She can perform regular exercises like swimming, cycling, walking, and jogging. If you are looking for poses then please perform them under the supervision of experienced personnel. I would suggest you take medical advice first before performing any exercise. Thank You.
