Hello, Women are more at risk of developing osteoporosis than men because the hormone changes that happen at menopause directly affect bone density. Osteoporosis is a condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break. It develops slowly over several years and is often only diagnosed when a minor fall or sudden impact causes a bone fracture. If someone suffers from osteoporosis then what can he/she do to cure it? Is it possible to cure Osteoporosis?

@fernanda Hello, if someone is has been diagnosed with osteoporosis then there is no cure but it can manage and help to protect and strengthen bones. These treatments can help slow the breakdown of bone in the body, and some treatments can spur the growth of new bone. Some natural remedies like red clover, soy, and black cohosh, may be used to help promote bone health. Please take medical advice before consuming any natural supplement. Thank You!
