Can osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis cause bunion?

Hello, is a deformity caused by the base joint of the big toe developing sideways. This pushes the bones of the big toe towards the smaller toes. Can someone who suffers from osteoarthritis and rheumatoid have a bunion? I heard people suffering from rheumatoid arthritis can have claws toe and have difficulty walking. Do osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis increases the risk of getting bunion, and claw toe?
