It typically causes affected joints to become inflamed (swollen), stiff and painful. Symptoms usually develop slowly and many people are unaware that they are developing psoriatic arthritis. Please share what are the early warning signs or symptoms of psoriatic arthritis?

@cael Hello, Psoriatic arthritis usually affects people who already have the skin condition psoriasis. Psoriasis affecting the skin affects around 3% of people. Psoriasis causes patches of red, flaky skin. People with psoriatic arthritis will experience problems with their skin before they notice any symptoms affecting their joints. Psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis are both autoimmune conditions. Other symptoms of Psoriatic arthritis are joint pain, swelling in one or more joints, morning stiffness. Thanks
