The Fatty liver is caused by a build-up of fat in the liver, it is also known as Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. It is commonly found in people who are obese or overweight. My husband is suffering from Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. I read there is not much to worry but if not treated then it can cause serious health complications. Is it possible to reverse the non-alcoholic fatty liver condition?

@laney Hello, there’s no damage to the liver in non-alcoholic fatty liver NAFLD. You can take steps like weight loss, diet, exercise, taking medication, limiting the intake of unhealthy fats and added sugars, increasing physical activity, and managing cholesterol and blood glucose level. Lifestyle change can help you in reversing the non-alcoholic fatty liver.
