Hello, I am 24 years old female. I have been suffering from a tension headache for quite some time. I have been experiencing pain around my forehead, neck, and back. I have Episodic tension headaches. According to the doctor cause of my episodic headache is poor posture, medications and exercise will help me in relieving episodic tension headaches. Please suggest some effective exercises to get relief from episodic tension headaches.

@bartholomäus Tension headaches are the most common type of headache. These headaches often cause mild-to-moderate pain around the head, face, or neck. Tension headaches can be treated with over-the-counter medication and a few lifestyle changes like exercise and a healthy diet. Exercise doesn’t just help you with a tension headache at the moment. If you do it regularly then, you might get fewer, less-intense ones in the future. You should focus on two types of exercises cardio and work your breathing exercises. Thank You.
