Hello, what causes caffeine sensitivity in some people? people with caffeine sensitivity experience an intense adrenaline rush when they consume it. They also experience headaches, jitters, nervousness or anxiousness, restlessness, and itchy skin. Can anyone what causes caffeine sensitivity in some people? Yes, people with caffeine sensitivity need to reduce or eliminate the consumption of caffeine. If reducing or limiting caffeine does not resolve these symptoms, the person should consult a doctor.
