      Hello, many women suffer from, sciatica during and after pregnancy. This pain often comes and goes, but it can be constant for some women. It often develops during the third trimester of pregnancy. lower back pain and sciatic problems are quite common. What one should do to prevent sciatica nerve pain during and after the pregnancy?

        @sahira Sciatica is one cause of back pain during pregnancy. There is no way to prevent sciatica. Avoiding too much time spent sitting or sitting in the same position can help, and maintaining a healthy weight can help. You can try stretches, gentle massage, and other remedies to get relief from back pain. Light stretches can help in losing the muscles, stretching a child’s pose, Stretching the hamstrings, and Kneeling lunges.
