Hello, sepsis is a life-threatening condition that occurs when the body's response to an infection damages its own tissues. Without quick treatment, sepsis can lead to multiple organ failures and death. It is rare, but what mistakes increase the risk of getting sepsis? What one should do to prevent it?

@yamina Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection. It can lead to tissue damage, organ failure, and even death. Early treatment with antibiotics and intravenous fluids improves the chances of survival. A few factors like old age, infants, People with weakened immune systems, diabetes, chronic kidney or liver disease, and Previous use of antibiotics are the main risk factors. Sepsis may cause abnormal blood clotting that results in small clots or burst blood vessels that damage or destroy tissues. It can be prevented by preventing infections that can lead to sepsis by practicing good hygiene by washing hands and bathing regularly. Thanks!
