Dermatitis folliculitis is a condition in which hair follicles become inflamed. It's usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection. I am suffering from the same earlier it appeared like a pimple around hair follicles the tiny pockets from which each hair grows. I have folliculitis on my left leg and it is often itchy, and painful. I think right now I have mild dermatitis folliculitis so please what should I do to get rid of it? How can I get rid of dermatitis folliculitis?

@yareli Hello, it is common to get it. Folliculitis is an infection or irritation in the hair follicles. Here are a few remedies that you can do like Clean the area with warm water and soap twice a day, wear a loose cloth, try aloe vera gel, you can also apply antibiotic cream, and try Wet wrap therapy that will help ease skin itching and irritation, and if you do waxing or shaving then please avoid it for some time. If you see pus or oozing from the skin or swelling then immediately contact your doctor. Thanks!
