Hello, Blood donation is considered beneficial for health it can reduce harmful iron stores, lower the risk of a heart attack, reduce you, and can make the liver healthy. I am 22 years old female. Our society had organized a blood donation camp yesterday, my father who suffers from a few heart diseases was denied to donate blood. Who all cannot donate blood other than people with heart conditions?
