Iron is an essential mineral in the human body, it helps in the formation of new Red blood cells that help pump oxygen throughout the body. Low iron levels can cause fatigue as well as hinder the immune system’s ability to fight off infections. According to cardiovascular diseases linked to iron deficiency? Is it true?

@bernyc Iron deficiency affects up to one-third of the world's population, and it is more in people of older age with chronic heart conditions. According to various data, iron deficiency has detrimental effects in patients with coronary artery disease, heart failure (HF), and pulmonary hypertension. Change in lifestyle by exercising, eating rich food, and having a balanced diet can lower the risk of both iron deficiency and cardiovascular diseases. Thanks!
