Can Wi-Fi radiation be harmful?
Wi-Fi is wireless technology. Wi-Fi sends data via electromagnetic radiation. According to the studies conducted in 2017 EMFs from wireless devices increase the risk of glioma, a type of brain tumor. But another study states that there’s no clear association between EMFs and brain tumors. Most studies that have examined the link between Wi-Fi and cancer involve animals. Those results have also been inconclusive. Another study conducted states long-term exposure to Wi-Fi-induced oxidative stress in the uteruses of rats. Also, it is stated that it increases the risk of male infertility, Wi-Fi radiation impairs recognition, and has an impact on heart health Are these findings true? Can Wifi radiation be harmful?
@gavrie Hello, there’s no solid evidence that Wi-Fi causes health risks in humans. Some people believe that it can contribute to the development of cancer. Most of the available research involves animals. There are mixed opinions regarding the effect of WiFi exposure on human health. While some studies show that WiFi has adverse health effects, there are reports claiming that radiofrequency signals from wireless networks are too low to cause any damage to the human systems. The results have been inconclusive. More research is necessary to determine if Wi-Fi and cancer are directly linked.
