I want to get rid of my habit of smoking as I am paying a lot because of my smoking habit. I tried to get rid of it but I was unable to. Please help me!!! What can I do to get rid of it? How can get rid of my smoking addiction? Thanks!!

@baird Hello, if you have chronic conditions like asthma then you should stop smoking. Here are a few things that can help you. When an urge to use tobacco strikes, remember that although it may be intense, it will probably pass within five to 10 minutes whether or not you smoke a cigarette or take a dip of chewing tobacco.
Talk to your doctor and ask him about Trying nicotine replacement therapy, hew on sugarless gum or hard candy, or munch on raw carrots, celery, nuts, or sunflower seeds, Physical activity can help distract you from tobacco cravings and reduce their intensity, and practice relaxation like deep breathing. Each time you resist a tobacco craving, you're one step closer to being totally tobacco-free.
