As it is said lifestyle plays a vital role in everybody’s life. Living a healthy lifestyle can help prevent chronic diseases and long-term illnesses. Increasing physical activity, challenging mindset, and choosing the right foods can help prevent dementia. Dementia run in my family first my grandmother and then my mother suffers from dementia. My family doctor said I am also at risk of getting dementia later in life but I can prevent or delay dementia by improving my lifestyle. Is he right? Can I lower the chances of getting dementia by having a routine, exercising, and eating right? How Can lifestyle changes prevent dementia?
