Natural ways to treat bad breath
-
Waking up with bad breath is normal but my breath stinks after a few hours of brushing. I read in an article that bad breath is caused by odor-producing bacteria that grow in the mouth. When you don't brush regularly, bacteria accumulate on the bits of food left in your mouth and between your teeth. What are some natural ways to treat it? How can I treat or get rid of bad breath? I am 22 years old male. Thank you for your suggestions.

@claudio Hello, you are right that it is caused by odor-producing bacteria that grow in the mouth but you should get checks once. Your dentist will likely smell both the breath from your mouth and the breath from your nose and rate the odor on a scale. Because the back of the tongue is most often the source of the smell, your dentist may also scrape it and rate its odor. To reduce bad breath, help avoid cavities and lower your risk of gum disease, consistently practice good oral hygiene. Here are some of the natural remedies or you can some lifestyle changes that will help you- brush your teeth after you eat, Floss at least once a day, Brush your tongue, Avoid dry mouth, Adjust your diet, and Regularly get a new toothbrush. Thanks!
