Which deficiency is linked to brain fog?
Is brain fog linked to deficiency? I did some research about brain fog and it causes memory problems, a lack of mental clarity, poor concentration, and an inability to focus. I am 18 years old female. I am having a hard time in concentrating. I am not going through any kind of stress, nor I am taking any medication.
