Is brain fog linked to deficiency? I did some research about brain fog and it causes memory problems, a lack of mental clarity, poor concentration, and an inability to focus. I am 18 years old female. I am having a hard time in concentrating. I am not going through any kind of stress, nor I am taking any medication. I read in an article that brain fog is caused due to stress, sleep changes, and medications, and it was mentioned that it was related to other factors like deficiency but what deficiency it wasn’t mentioned.
