Hello, it is always said to lose weight one should exercise, take a proper diet, and adequate sleep. It is understood how diet and exercise help in losing weight but I want to know how sleep plays an important role in weight loss or how sleeping fewer increases obesity? The past studies suggest that people getting less than 6 hours of sleep at night are more likely to be diagnosed as obese, it’s challenging for these studies to determine cause and effect. Obesity itself can increase the risk of developing conditions that interfere with sleep apnea. How does improving sleep help in weight loss?
