Hello, I am in my mid-20s. I have heard one should use serums like retinoids to tighten the skin and reduce the early aging signs. I don’t want to introduce these serums or chemicals to my skin no matter if they have any side effects or not. I am trying to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Please suggest what type of foods I should include in my diet that will help in skin tightening.
